What You Will Do

- Lead multi-week training programs for all new Sterile Processing employees at your facility
- Document and review training efforts for compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Identify employee knowledge gaps at your assigned facility and create an ongoing development plan for all members of the Sterile Processing team
- Build continuing education programs with a focus on new products and procedures
