Location : 1 Eaton Place, Worcester, MA 01608. Will be required to travel to other local sites regularly
Hours : Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, however, hours may vary depending on business needs
Primary Responsibilities :
- Assist clients in creating healthy goals for their personal health & wellness programs
- Deliver effective telephonic coaching in a manner that promotes behavior change
- Adapt telephonic coaching and education methods to accommodate the unique physical, psychosocial, cultural and age-specific needs of each client
- Triages patient visits and / or calls, prioritize clinical issues and direct clinical staff in delivery of patient care
- Provide quality care to Endocrinology patients with complex issues
In this role, you will need to be flexible and adaptable. You'll be supporting a variety of populations with a wide range of health challenges. Key here will be your ability to influence and help positively change your clients' daily routines and habits is a key to your success in this role.

The hourly range for this role is $23.70 to $46.35 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
