WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide essential nursing care and services tailored to each resident's personal plan of care. Your role also includes providing companionship, compassion, and encouragement, making a significant difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them as needed.
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions, utilizing critical thinking skills for independent decision-making.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident comfort and well-being.
- Deliver companionship, compassion, and encouragement to enhance residents' quality of life.
