The Personal Trainer role is responsible for creating exercise programs for a wide variety of clients to ensure they achieve their fitness goals.
Crunch Fitness Trainers Are
- Evaluate clients’ fitness levels and skillset to plan attainable goals
- Design exercise programs using company systems and tools (TrueCoach)
- Lead and coach clients through planned exercise programs
- Educate clients on diet, nutrition, and proper / safe use of equipment
- Track clients’ progress and make adjustments as goals are reached
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with clients
- Maintain an accurate schedule within company system (DataTrak)
- Other duties as assigned
