We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team at Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square, a top-rated healthcare and rehabilitation center in Maricopa County, Arizona. As a Certified Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
About the Role:
As a Certified Caregiver, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
Assisting with mealtime, including feeding and hydration
Participating in resident activities and support group sessions
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Requirements:
Currently certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents safely and comfortably
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required)
