Requirements

  • Hiring Priorities :
  • Executive Finance Leadership : Strong background in finance operations, FP&A, and strategic planning to drive organizational growth. Experience in executive finance roles, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Business Acumen & Builder Mentality : Strong executive presence & a true interest in building businesses.
  • F&A Department Build : Proven track record hiring & developing team members with the goal to deliver consistent / repeatable process & value-add.
  • Preferred Experience :
  • Insurance Sector Knowledge : Familiarity with the insurance industry and its regulatory environment.
  • Change Management Skills : Experience leading financial transformations and change initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.

    • Responsibilities

  • Capital & Growth Strategy : Architect & execute upon a capital plan that aligns with firm strategic goals and strategy. Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate and implement long-term financial strategies.
  • F&A Team Build : Build the right team / department to support aggressive M&A and organic growth.
  • Exec / Board Guidance : Be a true executive-level leader with direct engagement and management of board & financing relationships.
  • Transaction Advisory : Provide expert guidance on M&A and other financial transactions to maximize firm equity value & positioning.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis : Lead the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis to support decision-making.
  • Team Management : Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

    • Salary : $325,000 - $425,000 a year
