Earn-In CFO Bonus :
The Contractor will receive a bonus payment of $95,000.00 and TBD% of the purchase price, excluding working capital raised, for transactions valued between $1 million and $2 million.CFO Earn-In Compensation :
The Contractor will receive a bonus payment of $125,000.00 and TBD% of the purchase price, excluding working capital raised, for transactions valued between $2.6 million and $8 million.The Contractor will receive a bonus payment of $150,000.00 and TBD% of the purchase price, excluding working capital raised, for transactions valued between $8.1 million and $15 million.The Contractor will receive a bonus payment of $225,000.00 and TBD% of the purchase price, excluding working capital raised, for transactions valued between $15.1 million and $95 million.Additional Bonus :
