Nous recherchons un(e)  Conseiller.ère en développement organisationnel et gestion du changement qui saura déployer des initiatives stratégiques favorisant la mobilisation des équipes et le développement des talents.

En tant que Conseiller en développement organisationnel et gestion du changement, ton rôle sera de :

  • Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre des stratégies de gestion du changement en intégrant les communications internes, les plans de formation et les initiatives de reconnaissance ;
  • Animer des ateliers collaboratifs et des discussions portant sur le design organisationnel ;
  • Développer et animer des sessions de cohésion d’équipe en utilisant des outils psychométriques ;
  • Effectuer des analyses et des bilans de la marque employeur à travers différentes divisions de l’entreprise ;
  • Déployer un programme global de mobilisation des talents internes en intégrant une approche de sondage stratégique ;
  • Concevoir et mettre en place des programmes de développement du leadership adaptés aux enjeux de l’organisation ;
  • Instaurer une démarche structurée pour la gestion des plans de relève et en assurer le suivi ;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes pour soutenir les transformations organisationnelles.
  • Ton profil :

  • 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en gestion du changement et développement organisationnel ;
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (communication avec de la clientèle anglophone) ;
  • Diplôme universitaire pertinent en gestion des ressources humaines, administration ou domaine connexe ;
  • Certification en gestion du changement ou autres (un atout) ;
  • Capacité à traduire des concepts complexes en contenus visuels et schématiques clairs ;
  • Excellente gestion des priorités et habileté à mener plusieurs projets simultanément ;
  • Énergie et dynamisme pour mobiliser les équipes et mener les projets à terme.
