Job Description
As a Lead Channel Excellence Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel marketing strategies. Your role will involve driving growth and maximizing sales through our Channel Partners. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with Channel Partners, developing joint marketing programs, and driving demand generation activities.
You will report directly to our Sr Director Channel Excellence, and you'll work out of our Rosemont location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company's success in effectively reaching and engaging customers through various channels. Your role will involve developing and executing channel marketing strategies, managing relationships with channel partners, and driving revenue growth. With your expertise in market analysis, customer segmentation, and channel optimization, you will identify opportunities to expand market reach and increase customer acquisition. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication skills will be key in developing and implementing channel marketing programs. By effectively managing the channel marketing efforts, you will contribute to Honeywell's position as a global technology leader.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement channel marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing plans and programs
- Create and execute demand generation campaigns to drive sales through channel partners
- Provide marketing support and resources to channel partners to enhance their sales efforts
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify channel trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
- Manage marketing budgets and measure the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Lead the organization of Annual Regional Channel Partner Conferences
- Monitor and approve the corresponding Marketing Development Funds for our Channel Partners making sure they are aligned to Marketing plans, business goals and Corp Guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in channel marketing
