Overview :
The Director of Channel and Program Marketing will be the leader responsible for establishing and executing a comprehensive integrated marketing plan, managing the execution of our channel programs, launching new products, and ensuring the brand and brand messaging for Omada by TP-Link aligns with our vision. As a key member of the Channel organization, this role will lead a team focusing on partner development, implementation of channel programs and investments, product and solutions marketing and training and education. The role requires a strategic thinker with a focus on productivity and accountability.
This is an Onsite role M-F 9am-6pm.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy and planning : Developing and executing comprehensive channel marketing strategies and programs that align with the company's overall business objectives and drive partner-led revenue.
- Manage Marketing Budget : Allocate and manage the channel marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Program management : Designing and overseeing programs such as marketing development funds (MDF) to ensure resources are allocated effectively with a clear return on investment (ROI).
- Performance analysis : Monitoring and analyzing key metrics, such as sales data, marketing performance, and ROI, to measure the success of channel marketing initiatives and optimize strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration : Working closely with internal teams, including sales, product management, and global marketing to align on goals and ensure consistent messaging.
- Content and portal management : Overseeing the development of partner-facing content and the maintenance of a partner portal to facilitate communication and resource sharing.
- Demand generation : Create and oversee demand generation campaigns, including digital, account-based, and partner-specific programs.
- Market intelligence : Keeping up with market, competitor, and channel trends to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.

Salary range : $170K - $220K annually (depending on experience) + Annual Bonus
