Committed to continuous innovations, Acclaro Corporation aspires to lead the energy-based medical device industry by aligning the latest technologies with market demand to deliver life-changing results for healthier and happier life for all men and women in the world.

At Acclaro, we treat each team member like family. We give our employees a voice to help strengthen and grow our organization and encourage everyone to innovate, lead and create. We give our employees the support, recognition, and room to grow their careers. We all work together as one collective team!

About The Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist in our Marketing department, you will be a key driver of digital initiatives focused on generating high-quality sales leads and supporting revenue growth. This salaried, full-time role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes and pipeline contribution. You will leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools—particularly HubSpot—to design and manage targeted campaigns for our manufacturing-focused audience, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and broader business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, paid search, paid social, display, and organic social to drive qualified sales leads.
  • Develop and manage lead-generation programs tailored to manufacturing industry audiences, including gated content, landing pages, and nurture workflows.
  • Build, segment, and maintain email lists and automated workflows in HubSpot to support lead nurturing, re-engagement, and customer lifecycle campaigns.
  • Create, test, and refine landing pages and forms within HubSpot and related tools to maximize conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align campaigns with pipeline targets, refine lead qualification criteria, and improve lead handoff processes.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and funnel metrics using HubSpot and other analytics platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Support SEO and content initiatives by identifying keyword opportunities, content gaps, and promotional strategies relevant to the manufacturing sector.
  • Manage and optimize paid media budgets to ensure efficient cost-per-lead and return on ad spend.
  • Stay current on digital marketing best practices, tools, and trends, particularly those impacting B2B and manufacturing markets, and recommend enhancements to our programs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role with a strong focus on lead generation and performance-based campaigns.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub (or comparable marketing automation platform), including email campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
  • Experience marketing to or working within the manufacturing industry, with an understanding of typical buyer journeys and decision-making processes.
  • Solid understanding of core digital marketing channels, including email, SEO/SEM, paid social, display, and website/landing page optimization.
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing landing pages, lead capture forms, and conversion paths.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data, extract insights, and translate findings into actionable optimizations.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams to align on goals and messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
