The Manager of Channel Strategy is responsible for managing the development and execution of Mondelēz’s go to market strategy within key Channels. You will support the Director of Channel Strategy in building multiyear strategic growth plans aligned to Mondelēz US 2030 ambition.
Location : This is a remote role based in the continental United States.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Support development of 3-year strategy across key customers and channels and define the comprehensive path to get there.
- Develop the methodology, process, and governance to drive long-term strategic planning; ensure consistent application across key customers and channels.
- Support organizational buy-in and linkage to Mondelēz strategic objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and planning functions to ensure clear ties between in-year and out-year plans.
- Build plans to execute across digital and physical channels to provide a consistent experience for shoppers.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $111,500 to $153,350; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelēz offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
