Job Description :

Unilux Brand We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our office. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling both in-person and phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain and organize files and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
  • Assist with data entry and ensure accuracy in all recorded information.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Support scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
