Our client is a part of the telecommunications industry. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Channel Sales Manager to join their growing team. This role focuses on selling to new partners, with minimal emphasis on managing existing relationships. They are specifically looking for experienced professionals who have successfully onboarded numerous partners in the past, enabling quick integration and sales acceleration.

Focus :
Collaborate with channel sales team to develop sales territory and expand market share.
Close deals for advanced enterprise unified communications solutions, including IP networks, broadband, firewalls, disaster recovery, VoIP, hosted PBX, and more.
Target SMBs and mid-market companies, providing superior customer experiences compared to competitors.
Accompany sales managers to high-profile meetings with clients and channel partners.
Present budget and forecasting reports to senior leadership.
Make technical presentations at conferences and trade shows
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
Track and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Skill Set :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of B2B sales experience in Communications, Mobility, or Collaboration solutions.
Proven track record of successfully onboarding new partners and driving sales growth.
Strong understanding of the importance of partnerships to sell to partners.
Excellent communication, presentation, sales hunting, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
