RN Responsibilities :
- Complete comprehensive nursing assessments for patients / residents in the facility.
- Document patient information and nursing care.
- Delegate staff assignments based on patient needs.
- Accurately administer medication to patients
- Utilize appropriate interventions in psychiatric and medical emergencies.
- Document the treatment plan, nursing interventions, and the patient's response to the intervention.
- Provide education to patients and families based on their needs.
RN Qualifications :
Additional Requirements :
Timely renewal of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for healthcare professional's certification, annual professional skills verification, and CPI certification. Classes are provided by Desert Winds Hospital.
