Seeking an Assistant Kitchen Chef  for a full-time career position who has the :

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Hold themselves and team to high standards.
• Full commercial kitchen experience, understands and is proficient in all stations.
• Ability to maintain food quality, standards, and recipes, while also creating weekly and daily specials.
• Manage food and product ordering, food cost and preparation standards, scheduling and training / cross training.
• Needs to be able to execute daily operations including prep, line production, cooking, ordering, recipe management, shift execution and overall team management.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Compensation is based on competitive pay and experience.  We also offer Insurance benefits ( health,dental,vision), paid vacation time and 25% employee dining discount.
