We are seeking a Counselor Supervisor for our Louisville, Kentucky location.   Position Overview : The Counselor Supervisor will supervise the Counselors and Counselor Interns who provide treatment and casework services to patients in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and with BayMark’s policies and procedures. The clinical supervisor will ensure timely documentation of patient services based on plan of care. Must identify other physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs for assigned patients. Supervisor will also manage related expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with the company’s budget. Responsibilities :

• Individual will oversee Counselors once the census has grown.
• Individual will conduct individual counseling sessions.
• Coordinate care of assigned patients and present patient status and concerns with treatment team accordingly.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and the development and implementation of patient treatment plans according to State regulatory requirements.
• Provide clinical services and patient care and education and opiate addiction counseling services to patients receiving methadone maintenance and detoxification treatment.
