Qualifications :

• BS Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree with 8+ yrs CAPEX projects in chemical, food, pharma, or related PSM manufacturing industries.-Prior experience managing and leading multi-disciplined teams in an EPC or manufacturing industry.-Proven background in project organization, controlling cost and schedule, risk management, reporting, escalation and resolution.-PMP certification is desirable.Responsibilities :
• Develop and manage capital project scopes, timelines, and budgets in accordance with company goals and objectives.- Support the expectations of the (internal) customer by defining and managing a project communication plan.- Manage and define the stagegate approach for project conception, design, cost, schedule, commissioning thru startup.- Coordinate and manage project schedule and deliverables with contractors and vendors.- Define and implement specific performance indicators and periodical reporting.- Develop and provide project documentation, including plans, progress, and risk assessments to Team, Site and Corporate stakeholders.- Ensure SHE processes are executed during design, construction and commissioning for capital projects.- Evaluate the project and define improvement recommendations for future projects.
