Job Title : Plant EngineerJob Description
The Plant Engineer is responsible for optimizing the performance of production equipment, minimizing downtime, and improving product throughput. You will continuously assess equipment to determine maintenance needs, upgrades, or replacements, working closely with maintenance, engineering, quality, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Optimize performance of production equipment
- Minimize equipment downtime
- Improve product throughput
- Continuously assess equipment for maintenance, upgrades, or replacements
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality, and operations teams
- Manage and execute hands-on project management and engineering tasks
- Conduct root cause analysis
- Implement process system and equipment maintenance
- Improve equipment operation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Work Environment
This role involves working in a mix of office and packaging floor environments. You will frequently be exposed to loud noises and hot / cold non-weather environments. The position requires regular standing, walking, and the ability to use various tools and equipment.
