Chemical Engineer Foods Allentown, PA area Description :

This production site is in the Delaware Water GAP area of NJ / PA. Our client is a world-class leader in the production of food additives, pharmaceuticals, and specialty chemicals. This site is a 200-person food additives plant that uses spray dryers, fermentation, Delta V controls and Allen Bradley PLC controls. This role will focus on supporting and improving processes in the fermentation unit and the plant utilities including the wastewater treatment plant, and the site cogeneration unit. You'll collaborate with reliability engineers, controls engineers, spray drying production engineers, and operators to make improvements. There is opportunity to grow at multiple US and Overseas sites. Relocation assistance and a target bonus are offered for this position. Minimum Requirements :

• B.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Biochemical Engineering
• 1+ years of experience out of chemicals, foods, or pharmaceuticals with some in plant exposure
• Fermentation, spray drying, wastewater, or air compression process is ideal
