Reporting to the Vice President of Medicinal Chemistry, this individual will play a pivotal role in advancing multiple small molecule drug discovery campaigns and will combine scientific decision-making with organizational leadership to drive projects from hit identification to development candidate.

In This Role, You Will :

• Lead multidisciplinary drug discovery chemistry teams in a fast-paced, results-driven biotech environment
• Design, implement and execute robust medicinal chemistry strategies to meet project objectives
• Establish and maintain partnerships to leverage external expertise and resources
• Collaborate effectively various departments, functions, and leadership team members to align on project goals and strategies
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes
• Provide strategic, scientific and managerial guidance within an outsourced medicinal and synthetic chemistry framework
• Contribute to the overall scientific direction and success of the organization's current and future pipeline
