About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a key role in the financial and operational management of the business. The CFO will be responsible for leading the preparation of accurate financial reports and long-term business plans, establishing and maintaining internal controls across various processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This leadership position also involves overseeing homebuilding operations, collaborating with department heads to enhance efficiency, and monitoring land deals for compliance with requirements.The successful candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, 7-10 years' of experience in financial leadership, and proficiency in accounting software systems, CRM tools, and financial analysis. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are essential. While not mandatory, prior experience in the homebuilding industry is preferred. The CFO will be expected to conduct business with integrity, supervise and mentor a team, and be willing to travel as necessary.
