Chief Commercial Officer
We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to lead global commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client partnerships in the fast-paced iGaming industry. This is a high-impact leadership role for a results-driven executive with a proven track record in business development, team leadership, and operational excellence.
Role is fully remote; hybrid work format in Warsaw office.
Responsibilities :
- Drive strategic direction by developing long-term and short-term product pricing strategies, prioritizing markets, and identifying new opportunities for expansion
- Lead client relationship management, owning key partnerships and coordinating business trips and industry event participation to strengthen ties and attract new clients
- Own product positioning and go-to-market, overseeing game launches, promotional campaign rollouts, and ensuring prominent placement in casino lobbies
- Accelerate revenue growth by analyzing market and client base data to define sales priorities and maximize team performance
- Control receivables and debt, managing account settlements to improve the company's P&L health
- Ensure regulatory compliance, working closely with compliance and legal teams to manage risk and guide licensing strategies for white markets
- Lead and grow the team, hiring top talent, setting performance goals, mentoring team members, and driving execution
- Leverage analytics for growth, collaborating with BI to identify commercial opportunities and make data-informed strategic decisions
