Quatrro Business Support Services is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join our nonprofit team in a hybrid role based in Detroit, MI . This position offers a unique opportunity to lead end-to-end accounting processes for multiple nonprofit clients, with a strong emphasis on project accounting , and grant compliance .

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely financial statements, coaching, and counseling to stakeholders and operations managers to help improve margins and impact their bottom line
• Oversee and manage project accounting functions, including tracking project budgets, costs, and timelines to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with nonprofit funding requirements
• Lead budget processes and incorporate periodic analytics
• Work closely with clients to solve issues related to complicated financial statement situations
• Monitor finances to aid clients functioning within those guidelines, and provide financial analysis and advice to clients
• Provide best practices within Quatrro to help the client improve their business execution
• Coordinate with other internal Quatrro teams for consultative support on all financial services
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to cross?functional teams aligned to a particular client delivery process
• Address client concerns and issues to ensure they are resolved promptly and dealt with according to client satisfaction
