Bachelors degree required; masters degree preferred. 5-7 years of supervisory experience in developmental disabilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Precision Care. Valid drivers license and ability to travel. Successful completion of background check and fingerprint examination. Join our team at SCFU as the Chief Programs Officer (CPO) overseeing residential day community / respite programs and clinical coordination. The CPO ensures alignment with agency philosophy and regulatory standards while spearheading program development and expansion. This pivotal role involves strategic planning stakeholder liaison and maintaining service excellence. Note : This role is full-time 40 hrs a week and fully in-person. Travel to residences in Riverdale is required.
