Estimator – Heavy Highway Projects
Location : Austin, TX
Join a dynamic team specializing in heavy highway projects ranging from $40-50 million. As an Estimator, you'll prepare detailed cost estimates, analyze project specifications, and collaborate with project managers to develop winning bids. Proficiency in HeavyBid software is essential for this role, as well as a strong background in large-scale highway construction projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop accurate cost estimates and bids for highway construction projects.
- Utilize HeavyBid software for takeoffs, pricing, and bid preparation.
- Collaborate with the project team to analyze and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure competitive bids.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
