About The Role
We are searching for an innovative and dynamic Global Chief Executive Officer to spearhead our ambitious growth plans in the online training courses sector. The successful candidate will lead our growth strategy with the goal of doubling the business within the next 3-10 years through effective direct-to-consumer and business-to-consumer customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader who can inspire transformational change across people, processes, technology, and growth. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success as a previous CEO or COO, with experience scaling businesses through the $30MM - $50MM+ revenue stage and a proven track record of driving growth potentially beyond the $100MM level.
Key Responsibilities For The Global Chief Executive Officer Include
- Overseeing global and remote distributed teams with a focus on multicultural management.
- Driving growth strategies tailored to the USA consumer market, especially in professional training, coaching, mentoring, and e-learning domains.
- Collaborating closely with the Founder, who will transition to the role of Chairman, to innovate and support the business during pivotal growth phases.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, with a degree, MBA, or PhD, and a deep passion for personal development, training, and coaching. Previous operational management experience, budget oversight, and a history of job stability with strong references are essential.
