Empower and coach department leaders, ensuring accountability, ownership, and professional development.
Champion a culture of excellence and collaboration, keeping communication open, priorities clear, and teams aligned.
Implement modern tools and data-driven practices to optimize productivity and decision-making.

At least 5 years of proven COO or senior operational leadership experience in a fast-scaling tech company .
A track record of successfully scaling organizations from ~50 to 500+ people - a major plus.
Deep experience in execution, process optimization, and building scalable structures .
A hands-on, pragmatic, results-oriented leader who combines strategic vision with operational discipline.
Ambitious and driven - someone who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to achieve big, long-term goals through their work.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to unite diverse teams behind common objectives.
Fluent in English (Lithuanian is a plus).
Ready to be on-site in Vilnius (Lithuania), shaping culture and driving impact every day.
