Job descriptionA degree in early childhood educations, public administration or related field Master's Degree preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Exceptional communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills Proven track record in program management and leadership in the education or nonprofit sector Competency in managing budgets, data and timelines

They will have exceptional communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams as well as stakeholders and policymakers. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.
