Human Resources Coordinator – Construction

Location : Bradenton, Florida

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Bradenton, Florida. As part of a growing construction company, you will play a key role in supporting HR functions across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and workforce development. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the recruitment process for field and office staff, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and ensure proper documentation, including safety training and certifications, for all new hires.
• Administer employee benefits, payroll inquiries, and ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws.
• Address employee concerns and maintain positive relations between management and staff.
• Coordinate safety and compliance programs to ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and construction industry standards.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including timesheets, performance reviews, and certifications.
• Collaborate with management to address workforce planning, staffing needs, and employee development programs.
• Assist in maintaining a positive work culture, promoting teamwork, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
