Job Title:

• Information Technology Intern Department: Information Technology Reports To: IT Support Engineer SUMMARY The Seattle Seahawks are seeking an expert candidate to serve as an intern in the Information Technology department from the last week in June through February.
• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Work with IT staff to respond to basic support requests Assist with support of phone system, telephones and cell phones Distribute new PC’s and laptops as part of annual computer refresh program Assist with hardware inventory Plan, design and implement special projects at the direction of IT Staff Prepare documentation related to IT policies and procedures Provide assistance with IT projects as needed EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
