Job description

Compliance And Best Practices Analyst

The full-time position will ensure the company is compliant with federal regulatory requirements and provide best practices analysis to company management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general risk and compliance analysis for the company. The position will liaison with all levels of internal employees.

Required Education and Skills :

Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate.
Member in good standing with Alabama State Bar.
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Required Experience :

Minimum of 10 years practicing law in a government position and / or for a government contractor.

Expertise in federal procurement laws and regulations.

Experience with ITAR regulations and compliance.

Extensive courtroom and litigation experience.

Experience managing multi-district litigation.

Experience investigating complex matters.

Developing and implementing compliance processes.

Monitoring and auditing compliance activities.

Developing and implementing risk mitigation processes.

Experience implementing, monitoring, and enforcing insider threat programs.

Experience with federal CMMC requirements.

Desired Qualifications :

U.S. or District Attorney experience.

Prior executive-level leadership experience.

Experience working for IT security company.

Proficient in the use of Excel and Word.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Ability to self-prioritize assignments and to work independently under competing deadlines.

Must be organized and detail-oriented, demonstrate strong time management skills, and be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to develop and maintain professional relationships with peers, and customers, and contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
