The Chief Compliance Officer & Head of Regulatory will lead CLEARs Compliance & Regulatory teams within Legal while working with teams across the company to build products & programs consistent with global laws & regulations.

What you'll do :

• Oversee an effective compliance program per DOJ & SEC guidance, including, e.g., internal investigations & reporting; anti-bribery & anti-corruption program controls & training; & other aspects of doing business with integrity & in accordance with evolving laws & regulations
• Provide practical legal guidance to the business on regulatory matters locally, nationally & internationally as a subject matter expert on existing & evolving regulatory frameworks, including the ongoing monitoring & tracking of trends, enforcement, & public policy
• Design & implement effective compliance & regulatory strategies, policies, & procedures to drive company results while meeting legal requirements & customer expectations across all relevant sectors
• Work closely with Security, Internal Audit & the People team as well as the business to conduct risk assessments, develop & improve the control environment, & build & maintain customer trust
• Lead CLEARs Regulatory & Compliance teams while managing & creating strong relationships internally & externally

The base salary range for this role is $300,000 - $330,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.

The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
