We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to support our CEO and executive leadership team. This role combines executive support with operational oversight, project management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who excels in both strategic thinking and execution, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO and senior leadership.
Lead and manage key projects and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts and serve as a liaison between departments and stakeholders.
Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and dashboards for executive use.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
Track organizational priorities, monitor project timelines, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
Support internal operations, including HR, finance, and communications, as needed.
Manage and maintain executive-level correspondence and confidential documents.
Oversee CRM systems and ensure accurate documentation of key contacts and interactions.
Attend internal and external meetings; document notes and action items.
Anticipate needs and proactively remove barriers to the CEO’s productivity.
Qualifications :
15+ years of experience in executive-level support, operations, or project management.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with precision and agility.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with senior leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar).
Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
