In this role, the Police Records Specialist, where you will assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, learn company products and services to better assist others, and help organize and maintain a tidy workspace. Additional duties include respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, coordinate with other departments when needed, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, as well as support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, manage simple records and enter information accurately, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members.
