Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the overall financial management of the Diocese, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, investments, risk management, and compliance. The CFO ensures that all financial practices align with canon law, civil law, and the ethical teachings of the Catholic Church. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep commitment to the Churchs mission and values.

Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the Dioceses pastoral and operational goals.
- Advise the Bishop and Diocesan leadership on financial planning, sustainability, and resource allocation.

Qualifications
Required
Minimum 8 - 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in nonprofit, religious, or educational settings.
