  • Lead the production of quarterly Board meeting materials : gather inputs, validate accuracy, draft the CEO’s Executive Summary, and ensure the final deck is polished, complete, and distributed in advance.
  • Partner with the CEO and Chair to shape board agendas and ensure meetings are structured for meaningful discussion and decision-making.
  • Strategic & Firmwide Initiatives

  • Support the CEO in driving execution of strategic priorities across the firm, ensuring initiatives stay on track and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Participate in the firm’s annual budget process and talent management cycle (promotion reviews, bonus / compensation proposals).
  • Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to support CEO decision-making on key business and client initiatives.
  • Talent & Program Management

  • Lead the firm’s Summer Analyst Program : oversee recruiting and selection, build program curriculum and events, mentor analysts, and manage the annual program budget.
  • Partner with the HR / Talent team on broader people initiatives and leadership development.

  • Serve as liaison between the CEO and executive offices at strategic partner organizations (custodians, asset managers, banks, service providers).
  • Coordinate CEO participation in client and prospect meetings, industry events, and speaking engagements.
  • Draft speeches, presentations, and thought leadership content for the CEO.
  • Internal Communications & Organizational Alignment (optional new section to pull in)
  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to ensure clear, consistent communication of the firm’s strategy, goals, and priorities across all levels of the organization.
  • Draft internal messages, updates, and talking points on behalf of the CEO to ensure the broader team understands firm direction and progress.
  • Support firm-wide meetings and offsites by shaping agendas, preparing content, and ensuring alignment with CEO priorities.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, helping the CEO reinforce Dynasty’s values and operating principles throughout the organization.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as business needs evolve or as directed by the CEO.
  • Provide support on new strategic initiatives, special projects, or growth opportunities that fall outside the COS’s core responsibilities.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, ensuring the CEO’s focus is supported in real time.
  • Step into leadership gaps or areas of need within the firm to ensure continuity and progress.
  • Approach new and unexpected assignments with intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Recognize that the scope of the COS role will expand and change over time in line with the firm’s growth and the CEO’s priorities.
