Job Description
Under limited supervision, supervises the Cashier operations within the Bursar’s Office. Ensures that all tasks are completed timely and accurately while adhering to all State, Federal, and institutional regulations and policies. Performs professional accounting duties in the creation and maintenance of accounting records. Reviews and analyzes financial transactions as they relate to general accounting, student accounts, and cash receipting.

Minimum Requirements : A bachelor’s degree and four years professional experience in a related area such as accounting, auditing, finance or commercial lending. A job-related bachelor’s degree with multiple accounting courses may be substituted for two years of the required work experience. Physical Requirements : (Note : The following descriptions are applicable to this section : Continuous - 6-8 hours per shift; Frequent - 2-6 hours per shift; Infrequent - 0-2 hours per shift) Ability to perform job functions in an upright position.
