The Vice President of Finance / Chief Financial Officer is a critical role at DWT, with a strategic focus on financial planning, risk management, and operational efficiency. Initially hired as Vice President of Finance, this individual will transition to Chief Financial Officer after successful completion of one year, assuming a broader executive role. Key responsibilities include driving cost efficiency, managing cash flow, leading the financial and controlling teams, and supporting strategic growth through M&A activities and insurance oversight. The Vice President of Finance / Chief Financial Officer will work closely with the CEO, board members, and shareholders to set financial goals that align with the company's long-term vision.
