Job description

Position Overview The Chief of Staff for Brisbon Transportation Group LLC will be responsible for overseeing the strategic operations and supporting the leadership of the parent company and its subsidiaries : Agility Transportation, Brisbon Automotive Group Inc, Triangle Corporate Coach, Triangle Bus Charters, Wisdom Care Transportation. This high-impact role will act as a key advisor to the President and CEO, manage cross-functional projects, drive company-wide initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of business objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Executive Support & Strategic Planning Serve as a strategic partner to the President and CEO in managing and executing company goals. Facilitate decision-making processes across departments, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies. Lead the preparation for executive meetings, key stakeholder presentations, including gathering data, creating reports, and drafting communication materials. Act as a liaison between the executive office and department heads to communicate business priorities. 2. Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement Drive operational efficiency by overseeing critical business functions such as logistics, fleet management, sales, and finance, ensuring processes are streamlined and scalable. Collaborate with subsidiary leadership to ensure alignment with the parent company’s mission and values. Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to implement best practices across all subsidiaries. 3. Project Management & Cross-Functional Leadership Oversee cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion in line with business objectives. Monitor progress on key initiatives across Brisbon Transportation Group and its subsidiaries, identifying any roadblocks and facilitating solutions. Lead project management efforts for large-scale company initiatives, such as technology upgrades, new business ventures, and expansion strategies. 4. Leadership & Team Development Act as a mentor and leader to senior managers and directors within the company’s subsidiaries. Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment across all departments. Assist in identifying leadership and skill development needs within the organization and work with HR to plan training initiatives. 5. Communication & Stakeholder Management Ensure consistent communication of corporate goals and updates across all subsidiaries. Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, representing the CEO when necessary. Act as the internal point of contact for senior leadership to ensure that all departments are synchronized with the company’s objectives. 6. IT and Technological Support Oversee IT operations and ensure technology infrastructure supports the business needs across all subsidiaries. Ensure the implementation and maintenance of audio visual, communications, and office technology systems. 7. Risk & Compliance Management Ensure that all business operations comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to identify potential risks and put measures in place to mitigate them. Stay abreast of industry trends and advise the CEO on new developments that could impact the business. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred. Experience : 7-10 years of experience in a senior leadership or Chief of Staff role, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or automotive industries. Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, overseeing business operations, and executing strategic initiatives. Experience in managing large-scale projects and improving operational efficiencies. Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance (DOT) is a strong advantage. Key Skills Leadership : Ability to influence, lead, and develop high-performing teams across multiple subsidiaries. Strategic Thinking : Strong business acumen with the ability to see the big picture and execute on long-term objectives. Project Management : Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-departmental stakeholders. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and relay complex information to a broad audience. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions. Technology : Proficiency in office IT systems, AV support, and relevant software tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools). Personal Attributes Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of accountability. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships across all levels of the organization. Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
