What Youll Do

Develop & Lead a Winning Team : Build and mentor top escrow officers and staff

Drive Revenue : Build a multi-million-dollar title pipeline
Operational Strategy : Oversee workflow, compliance, and client satisfaction
Ideal Background
10+ years in title leadership (Owner, President, EVP, or similar role)
Proven ability to grow a title companyfrom startup or existing firm
Deep industry relationships and ability to generate immediate business
Experience with recruiting, managing, and scaling escrow teams
Strong entrepreneurial mindsetready to bet on yourself for huge upside
