Chief Executive Officer

Arc of Onondaga seeks a results-oriented Chief Executive Officer who has an unwavering commitment to enhancing opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Duties include the administration of comprehensive services for one of the largest agency in Onondaga County, NY serving persons with intellectual, developmental and other disabilities and their families. Experience with fund development, strategic planning, program diversification, leadership development, fiscal management, vast regulatory oversight, quality improvement and community/media relations is preferred. The successful candidate must have a proven ability to foster teamwork and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Experience working with a Board of Directors is essential.

Advanced degree in business/management, finance and/or health services is preferred. Candidate must also have a minimum of ten years' experience in a senior leadership role.
