JOB SUMMARY : The Denver Broncos Football Club is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the organization’s technology strategy and operations, and technological innovation efforts. This senior executive role requires a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, and execution. The CTO will oversee all aspects of technology infrastructure, and digital transformation, as well as data-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Denver Broncos’ mission and core values : Growth and Innovation Mindset, Grit and Resiliency, Strive for Excellence, Do the Right Thing, and Accountability and Financial Discipline.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technology Vision & Leadership
Develop and execute a forward-looking technology strategy that drives organizational success and positions the Broncos as an industry leader in innovation and fan engagement.
Oversee the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise systems to ensure robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
Spearhead the adoption of AI-driven solutions to optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and deliver personalized user experiences.
Leverage data platforms and analytics to deliver actionable insights that improve business performance and user engagement.
Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to protect operations, data, and organizational assets.
KEY COMPETENCIES

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is $310,000 - $365,000. Salary based on assessment of qualifications.
