POSITION : Chief People and Communications Officer

LOCATION : 47467 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA 94538

JOB DUTIES : Develop and implement people strategy to support corporate growth of major food business; develop corporate culture, values and vision; develop operating model; manage and oversee insurance, risk and governance of major, multimillion dollar corporation relative to all human resource functions and operations; act as member of executive team shaping overall business strategy and delivery.

EDUCATION : None

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 7 years as Chief HR Officer, HR Director, Chief People

REQUIRED : Communications Officer for major international retailer
