Summary
The CFO will be a key member of the Infinity Group Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can balance financial strategy with hands-on management of financial operations in a project-based environment. The CFO will ensure the companys financial health by implementing robust financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and control mechanisms.
Your Knowledge and Skills
- Heads multiple teams and / or critical areas within the Finance Team.
- Develops major elements of the Finance Teams strategies in alignment with Leadership Teams strategic plans.
- Holds a major impact on achieving the Finance Teams results, with budget or P&L accountability for the teams or areas of operation.
- Addresses complex problems and issues, conducting extensive investigations and analyses considering multiple variables.
- Continuously improves processes and systems using high-level interpretive skills and analysis.
- Defines broad-based solutions that may require consideration of multiple dimensions, including human, financial, and operational aspects.
- Possesses a deep understanding of the prospective client's business, leveraging this knowledge to market new business opportunities.
- Maintains a wide network of industry contacts to identify and pursue new business prospects.
- Utilizes human and financial resources effectively to develop and deliver persuasive pitches, focusing on continuous improvement for future endeavors.
- Exercises significant discretion in resolving issues and directing teams in accordance with the Leadership Team's guidance.
- Assesses results from a long-term perspective, with minimal oversight and frequent direction.
- Manages multiple teams / areas, including ones led by Managers and / or Supervisors, and may oversee specialist and / or expert-level professional employees.
- Holds authority for hiring, firing, promotion, and rewards decisions within own teams, following organizations guidelines.
- Creates workforce and staffing plans to ensure the availability of necessary human capital for achieving departmental business results.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and project accounting.
- Proven experience in managing cash flow, financial risk, and capital investments.
- Expertise in ERP systems, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Education : Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Minimum Experience : More than 10 years of prior relevant experience, including extensive management experience.
