SkyWater Search has been retained by a not-for-profit organization to find and hire their next Chief Technology Officer at their Twin Cities-based office. This position is open due to a retirement and the organization is using this opportunity to level up the position's scope and responsibilities.
This company has a long history in healthcare and ranks #1 in their space. With over 150 employees and 25 in the department, we are targeting a leader that is ready to drive change and innovate the next era of technology.
To be a fit, we are targeting a senior leader within technology that brings a broad scope of experience coming out of a regulated environment, ideally with former non-profit or not-for-profit experience, as well. With several large projects on the horizon, we're targeting a candidate that brings a strong sense of project and change management paired with a perspective to give strong opinions on how the projects will be carried out. This is an extremely collaborative environment and decisions are made as a group of executive leaders.
This is a salaried position with a range of 200-250K base and includes a set of benefits that compare above average to other organizations of this size.
We are only looking at Minnesota-based employees that are willing to be onsite in a hybrid environment.
