The Role

As Chief Product Designer, you will lead the conceptualization, architecture, and design of next-generation avionics and communication payloads. You will drive innovation in high-frequency RF systems, power electronics, and mission-critical embedded architectures , ensuring our technology meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and manufacturability .

This role requires technical mastery, strategic vision, and hands-on expertise , making you a key contributor to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of avionics and complex electrical systems, from concept to deployment .
• Define product architecture , ensuring optimal size, weight, power, and cost (SWaP-C) balance.
• Drive innovation in power distribution, signal integrity, RF systems, and embedded processing .
• Oversee the selection of components, materials, and manufacturing techniques to enhance reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, RF, and systems engineers) to create integrated solutions.
• Work closely with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies to optimize design and manufacturing processes.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing team of hardware and systems engineers .
