Job Description
On behalf of the Biggs Group, Titus Talent Strategies is representing them in their search for a Chief Operations Officer.
This role serves as the strategic and operational leader responsible for translating the company’s vision into disciplined execution across its construction, development, and property management divisions. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety, while also optimizing the performance of existing assets. The COO will implement scalable systems and processes that drive efficiency, consistency, and accountability across all teams, partnering closely with the President to align operations with financial and growth objectives. A key part of the role involves mentoring leaders, strengthening vendor and community relationships, and fostering a culture centered on collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. Ultimately, the COO ensures that The Biggs Group operates as a unified, high-performing organization capable of delivering exceptional value to clients, tenants, and partners.

Performance Objectives :
- Establish a strong understanding of the firm’s systems, processes, and culture while building trust across teams by immersing yourself into the business.
- Work with the Visionary (President) and get to know the team, learn the diversity of the business and high-level workings of the business units.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the company's key performance indicators (KPIs), create operational scorecards / dashboards and develop actionable insights to drive financial performance for the business units.
- Evaluate the current financial landscape and begin identifying opportunities for improvement and alignment with strategic goals.
- Evaluate and optimize budgeting, forecasting, and compensation structures in
collaboration with the owners and HR.
Experience Requirements
7+ years of senior leadership experience , or an equivalent combination of leadership experience and demonstrated results, with a proven track record of leading and developing other leaders
Prior experience in real estate development , construction, or a closely related real-asset business
Strong financial acumen , including P&L oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management
Demonstrated experience driving process improvement , building scalable systems, and increasing operational efficiency
