The Chief Growth Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales functions of the organization, ensuring our major profit centers—Plastic Injection Molding, Precision Machining, Paint, and Assembly—operate at high capacity. The role includes supporting the Senior Management Team (SMT) and assisting the President, Shareholders, Team Members, and Customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and consult with the Sales Team to increase sales revenue and profitability, meeting or exceeding goals set by SMT and Shareholders.
- Provide customers with creative solutions, value-added opportunities, and necessary budgetary and design information.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction Metrics meet or exceed expectations.
- Assist with purchasing agreements for major customers.
- Support research and development of new core competencies to bolster competitive advantage.
- Represent ALTEK at domestic and international meetings and events.
- Identify target accounts, opportunities, and barriers to develop ongoing business relationships.
- Conduct semi-annual customer site visits to ensure expectations are exceeded and identify additional opportunities.
- Provide counsel and assistance to SMT, Department Managers, Supervisors, President, BOD, and Shareholders.
- Monitor and give feedback on the performance of direct reports, fostering team development and recognizing achievements.
- Uphold company policies, apply disciplinary actions when necessary, and acknowledge good performance.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create an environment of trust and respect among team members and departments.
- Adhere to ALTEK's Quality Policy and embody the company's vision, core values, and behaviors.
