JOB DESCRIPTION

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for defining and executing the technical vision and strategy of the Technology vertical while driving technological innovation and excellence across the entire industry. This role involves building and mentoring high-performing teams, setting industry technical vision, and leading the industry's technology and delivery organizations to ensure excellence. The CTO will develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap, partner with clients to co-create innovative solutions, and oversee the design and successful delivery of industry-specific solutions. Additionally, the CTO serves as Apex's technology thought leader in the industry, maintaining strategic industry partnerships, and ensuring internal cross-functional collaboration to support to these initiatives.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, forward-looking technology roadmap tailored to the specific industry, aligning with business goals, market trends, and client needs.
• Leads sales enablement initiatives to include training and mentoring the industry sales team so they are equipped to drive industry solutions to the market.
