Summary
Active Minds Daycare and Learning Center, located at 2713 Byron Street in eastern Henrico is seeking a dependable Food Coordinator / Teacher for ages 6 weeks - 12 years. Active Minds is a christian learning center that practices christian principles and teaches children in accordance with the Word of God. Good work ethics is a MUST. If interested, contact Director Juanita Johnson or Assistant Director Linda Garner.
Hours 5 : 45 a.m. - 2 p.m. (MUST BE ON TIME!)
Duties
FOOD COORDINATOR
- Daily preparation of delicious balanced breakfast, lunch, and preparation of healthy afternoon snacks for students
- Create and post menus
- Maintain, organize and clean refrigerators, stoves, and food cabinets
- Wash dishes and pans
- Daily sweeping and mopping of kitchen
- Wipe down counters
- Take out trash
TEACHER
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year experience in childcare
CPR and First Aid Training are required (training may be offered by Center)
Other duties as assigned
